Renewal admin fee
does anyone know if you can argue an admin fee which has gone from £16.16 to £51.66 on a renewal quote? How has it increased so much in a year. Is it viable or a con?

Of course you can argue (although a friendly discussion would be better). Find other quotes before you call them.

I mean, surely just look at the overall price?
Go elsewhere if you dont agree with it.

You "argue" it by not paying it, by not renewing and insuring with a different outfit.
You owe them zero loyalty.
The total price - and what you get for it - is the important thing, not how it's broken up. That will play a part in calculating any refund, though.0 -
So you would rather they charge you an extra £75 on the premium but no fee?
At the end of the day look at the bottom line price and compare that to others. The split between fees and premium only really bites in the event of an early termination or such
