Morning all

Bright and sunny here but a chill in the air this morning, I have two people coming today and we are going bowling and a walk along the canal in the shade and an ice cream after.

Scarlet the respite I am offering is at my home, when peoples carers or family go on holiday or need a break then people will come and stay here, I do have some reservation's about it as I love my quiet home but I will give it a go and see how I get on, if I can’t do it I will start to look for something else, but I have worked out I will only need to work for two weeks every month so we will see.

Not sure about dinner tonight will go and have a look after this we have plenty in so we won’t starve.

Morning all

Cloudy and a cool day today. No sun expected until tea time.

Been in the garden getting rid of a few dead plants from pots and replacing them with some I got at the garden centre yesterday. Have some ironing to do later and that's about it unless I come up with a boost of energy. Once I sit down after lunch I don't really want to get up again lol

@Coxy11 awww sweet little kitty. Who is that person he's sitting on though? 😉🤣

Morning everyone

Coxy i was wondering the same as Chrisca?

My doctors appointment was a waste of time as I got the doctor who doesn't think Long Covid exists, no antibiotics either as she said my chest sounds fine. The rest of my day was spent outside in the sunshine, mostly reading but a little bit of garden tidying too…I had to keep moving onto the shady seat when I got too hot.

DD sent me some lovely photos yesterday, little one looks like she's having a brilliant time. I've got some jobs to do this morning and then will go down to the care home, I have a taxi booked to take mam and I into town.

@dp1 A doctor who doesn't believe in Long Covid? Maybe they should be re-educated or sacked!! Disgraceful. I'd speak to the Centre Manager to see what they say xx
