EHIC / GHIC for 19 year old student
hi my 19 year old son is trying to get an EHIC/GHIC
me and his mum are separated and have been for years. He has his bank registered at my address and his provisional driving license at hers but other than that no bills etc to prove where he lives. He is at uni and lives away there during term
applying for his card he’s been asked to provide proof of residency but only has 1 thing per above at each possible address
he’s been told he can’t have me or mum vouch for him as he’s over 18
any advice with how to resolve ?
seems a daft system

He needs proof of the address on his application form.
Does he have any correspondence from Student Finance for the same address?
Anything from his uni?0
