No I wouldn’t really try the Swiss method but their website was interesting!
My wonder GP started me on some fierce tablets and apart from some very interesting side effects they are helping and have toned down the acutely painful pains ,It says most patients gain up to 8% of their starting body weight within a year 😮as it has just taken me about 12weeks to lose 8lbs it’s worrying !Hopefully I will be able to stop them after the spinal jab !
A busier couple of days a joyful thanksgiving service and wake yesterday- there seem to have been several this year!,then a difficult but fun quiz in the evening
This morning my usual Saturday coffee and bacon butty with my coffee mates and then DS and DDIL brought my grandcat for her 2 week summer holiday !
she and I get along ok but she has to be a house cat here .Thank you all and stay safe
