Child bank account with signatory

I'm wondering if anybody knows of a bank account for a 15yr old that has a parent as a signatory.
My daughter is due a small inheritance from her mother's pension. Due to her being under 18 they stipulate that the bank account needs to be in my daughters name with her legal guardian set up as a signatory. I have seen plenty of accounts for younger children but I can't find one for a 15 year old.
