Unable to sign in to outfox.energy
For 3 days now, I've been unable to sign in to my Outfox Energy account, whether through a link from their email to me, or starting from scratch (which includes using 2 different browsers on my laptop, or trying it on my phone). I click on the "Sign In" button, and I get a tab titled "Customer Portal", with the appropriate "loading" icon for the browser, and that's it - the rest of the tab is blank. I've waited for over a minute for anything else to happen, and it doesn't,
Anyone else getting this? That it happens at once, on different devices and different browsers, implies it's a big problem.

I've just tried and whilst not instant, as in the revolving circle was present for a few seconds, I do get to the login screen and can log in successfully.
I don't know whether it matters or not but I'm using Vivaldi.(chromium based browser)

2 of the browsers I've tried are Chromium based, so no joy for me there.
On edit: I tried again; this time, after about 40 seconds, I got the login screen! I can't imagine what it's doing for 40 seconds - while my laptop isn't top of the range, it functions normally with other sites, is able to stream video, etc.

I have had this problem on and off since last year when they 'upgraded' the website. I presume it is some kind of javascript that is not running on my PC for some reason but I am unable to resolve it by accepting cookies, trying private tabs etc. I have tried with Edge and Brave browsers but cannot log in at all and just get an endless revolving circle. I even deleted all cookies in Edge and made sure javascript was enabled in the settings. No joy there either.
The customer services department is particularly unhelpful and tell me whenever I raise the problem that there are no known issues. I have seen Facebook posts from people stating they also had problems logging in after the website was upgraded last year. Having said all that I managed to log in on the Chrome browser on my android phone to submit my meter reading. I do like the saying 'If it ain't broke don't fix it.' but web developers seem to have other ideas.
