Refund for booking made in MH crisis

There is not right to a chargeback here. Unless TravelLodge fail to provide the room to the customer. Which could only be actioned till after booking.
There is no cover for customer make a booking & not attending (change of mind) or health issues.
So bank would not process a chargeback.
