DC pensions don’t ‘mature’. You might have selected a retirement age of 60 when you set the plan up, but it doesn’t end when you reach that age.
You can keep it going, or move the pot somewhere else, e.g. into a more modern contract.

However With Profits funds do have a fixed end date. You can take them out ( or transfer them) earlier, but this can be disadvantageous in certain circumstances eg if a MVR is in place at the time.
