Anyone dealt with Preaction company regarding a utility contract that didn't go live, and now claiming commission payment back

There are a few threads about PreAction, but they're usually acting on behalf of a commercial energy broker that thinks you've breached your contract with them.
At least one person lost in court and got a CCJ (although possibly by default as I don't think they engaged in the process).
Which energy broker is chasing you, and what are the circumstances?
