Boots UK refusing to refund £130

Hello,

Having a nightmare trying to get my refund from Boots UK, and would appreciate advice.

I bought an item on the Boots website (Shark Chill Pill fan), it was faulty and so I immediately returned it via Royal Mail on 13th June.

I have contacted Boots (emails & phone) about this and have shown them the Certificate of Posting, but still have not received the refund from Boots.

Just to clarify Boots provided the Returns label and it was their courier (Royal Mail). According to tracking info, item is stuck/lost in Royal Mail Nottingham depot for a month now.

Its very frustrating as the item was £129.99, and I have spent some time chasing this matter with Boots.

For the sake of clarity when you say refusing to refund it, have they told you they will not be refunding it or do you mean they are taking too long to go through their internal processes before issuing a refund?

    two different things.

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have not could of.

You returned it via a postal service? Who provided the label?
