Amazon refusing refund for undelivered item

There is no reason to believe it was delivered. It was marked as delivered at 09:00:00 on the day I ordered it, two days before earliest arrival date and with zero tracking evidence.

All they have to do is prove delivery. If their system says it was, then that is enouugh to reject a chargeback.
