Revolut £20 cashback tracking issue...just me??
I opened a new Revolut account last month - did everything correctly (yes, I clicked on the MSE link and entered my phone number before downloading the Revolut App).
Still no £25. Apparently (Revolut chatbot) I've fulfilled all criteria but the campaign hasn't tracked from the MSE link. Anyone any idea what to do as Revolut are just sending me to MSE.

I just kept doing the chat option every few days. Took several weeks but eventually got the £20! I did have to order a physical debit card for £5 postage. Some people got the incentive without ordering. But they kept on saying it was part of the conditions. Buy getting an incentive from them it like getting blood from a stone! I did open their 5% saving account to make it more worth while. Though that only gives that rate till early December.

Don’t get me started. Revolut is really giving me the runaround and generally being complete rubbish. I’ll persevere but it’s tedious and time consuming.

I did the sign up through the MSE link, thinking this was for the savings account, turns out, I should have read further in the post as the first hyperlink was for a Current account and the second was for savings. After going all through their security hoops using my mobile phone, they then send you the fees list and other PDFs by Email. There are no monthly fees on the Standard Current account (look very carefully at their poorly-formatted Personal Fees Plans) although fees do kick-in after 5 ATM withdrawls or more than £200 from the ATM in a month, it is 2% or £1 per transaction after that. (Does anyone use ATM's today?)
Although the plastic Revolut card is optional, as you can use their virtual card, there is a big push to tell you to get a 'free' one (at £5 delivery charge) as it forms part of the completion of the five step account signup list (you also need to make three payments). Interestingly, you can splash out and get a metallic card or other flashy versions if you feel like spending more cash.
I easily linked the Revolut account to my Google Wallet and I can confirm bank transfers into Revolut are fast but only after you have completed the account creation process. Their app tells you to transfer money towards the end of the sign-up, but if you do this before you have acknowledge the account Email, the transaction would be cancelled and bounced back. Once all signed up, the account appears to work seamlessly at the moment.

All of the problems people are having with Revolut are enough to put me off. I think I'd need more than £20 to persuade me to apply & jump through the hoops. I'll wait a while until they have had a chance to iron out their bugs and perhaps make a better offer ! 😮😮

Got my £25 sign-up bonus immediately after the third transaction. So it seems to work. Can't ask anything more than that.
