HELP - CCJ Issued Despite N180 Form Sent Twice

Hi All,

I’ve been issued a CCJ for my case despite me sending the claim form via email twice which was agreed on the form itself.

In a previous case - I sent it the same way with no issues.

I’m reading that I need to pay £325 for a N244 form which is more than the fine.

I’m not sure why I should pay that much when I follow due process as stated.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

It was a Scanned Document in a PDF which was fine for my previous claim a year ago with no issues .

Then you need to contact the CNBC and get this put in front of a judge to deal with in order to get it set aside

Quite a few threads on how to do this

We Never recommend scans or pictures, ( or paperwork. ) just the downloaded N180 DQ pdf document, as explained in the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum

Check that you received the auto email responses, then complain about it to HMCTS ASAP

You need to raise a complaint and not an application. But you should never have scanned it. The 8 steps warns against this.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why did you send the claim form to CNBC?
