Scottish Friendly Help

can anyone help me with Scottish Friendly.

In short, we have something with them (I assume life insurance, but we don’t know what)

so, over 20 years ago we had a mortgage and obviously life insurance that came with it. Over the mists of time Santander (our mortgage lender) moved this to Scottish Friendly (we think) however we have no paperwork for this.

The mortgage is now paid off, but obviously the payment to Scottish Friendly still leaves the account. I’ve made numerous attempts to ask them for account details/a statement/ details of how we would claim it if anything happened to my husband etc. But……nothing.

If you call them they say they can’t find an account as we have no policy number and if I email them…..nothing, they just don’t reply.

Where do I go next?

Thanks for reading
