Good afternoon,

If searched the web for similar CCJs and found the same one on this forum from over a year ago. This is my first time dealing with such thing and have never had a “parking fine” go this far.

Any help with creating an appeal would be great. I’m not even sure where to start. I have attached the paperwork with details removed.

Its not a CCJ, It's a Money Claim N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL, a CCC

Study the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad, complete the AOS stage online on MCOL ASAP after logging in with your government gateway account first

Then adapt the template defence in announcements, in that defence template thread

You are defending, not appealing, the deadline to appeal expired long ago, around New Years Day

It is way too late for an appeal, you are at the N1SDT claim form stage; is that your claim form and the correct issue date? It is NOT a CCJ. With an issue date of 06/07/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS before or on 25/07/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 10/08/26. You need to read the NEWBIE sticky and the Template Defence thread where you find advice about how to complete the acceptance of service. In the defence thread you will be pointed to a defence that you use where "no breach is pleaded" as is the case with you.

Defence is MUCH easier than any appeal! Follow the Template Defence 8 steps and stop calling a claim form a "CCJ".
