This must be a VERY tough area to make money legitimately. HMV currently has a sale on with many recent popular films at £3. DVDs can be bought very cheaply in supermarkets and on Amazon etc. I honestly can't see how you could compete in this market.

Dont buy any Dvd boxsets from china for resale as they are all 100% bootleg copies,Dont get me wrong some of them are fantastic quality which I have got myself for my personnal collection but the fact is china has a non exsistant Legit Dvd Market as bootlegs can be picked up dirt dirt cheap by the locals on there flea markets etc

You will get booted of ebay and you will take the chance of customs hitting you with Vat/excise etc or worse still they suspect there bootleg and destroy them,the other option is dropship them from china where your customer could wait upto 14 days and get hit with customs etc if over £36 pound which is covered by the Gift declaration that the chinese use to evade customs or you might get lucky like a good few out there that sell with no problems or come back
