Morning all

Another nice day but very windy - at least the wind is cooling things down a bit.

I’m off to mums today to do some work and cook her a dinner I will do her washing and have a tidy / clean through as well.

I need to do an e- consult as I have cystitis which is not going with over the counter stuff I may need an antibiotic I think.

Dinner tonight will be a tomato and mozerella salad with a part baked ciabatta and some tuna in olive oil which we get from ‘our’ island it’s the Islands speciality and very tasty, this is our last jar so good job we are going back soon.

Oh dear @loobidoo shame about the spillage. Wishing you a good recovery.

I was up and about early as DH and DS1 have gone to help DS2. I got dropped off for a walk with Ldog so he is snoozing now. A few early dog walkers out although it is cooler today. Going to hang my washing out now, think it's finished, and got some flavoured chicken breast out for tea, & will have a tidy round 😉Yesterday I was treated to DH's prawn dish that he makes, so day off meal prep for me.

@RedRuby1231 I think cystitis is one of the things a pharmacist can prescribe for, so may be worth calling them?
