Wallbox Pulsar Max EV Charger - Safety Warning
I had a Wallbox Pulsar Max EV charger installed last year by EON an receive a safety update yesterday:
"We’ve identified a potential safety issue affecting some Wallbox home chargers. As a precaution, and while we investigate with the manufacturer, it’s important that you:
• Safely unplug your vehicle
• Switch off the charger if you can safely access the isolator or circuit breaker
• Do not use the charger under any circumstances"
i can not get any further information and not sure if it is a scam (seems genuine)? Has anyone received a similar email?

WhatsApp EoN for confirmation of that email and to find out more? They operate 7 days a week on that.
Anything in the App about communications they have sent you?

seems rather bazar the wording. I mean how do you unsafely disconnect the charger?

Using these on the cable in would not be very safe.
