Ref: LW/SS/LD/20260623/1417 LOOSE WOMEN PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY  Who can enter: The Loose Women ‘Thank Luck it’s Friday’ prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the Prize Draw period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC, Global Media Group Services Limited, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw. Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.  Opening/closing date & time: Prize Draw in relation to the programme Loose Women (the “Programme”) opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 3 July 2026. Prize Draw closes for entries online at 12.40pm on Friday 17 July 2026.  How to enter:  You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. If you wish to enter into the Prize Draw, you will be invited to submit your full name, phone number and county to complete your entry. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet. By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm the following:

• you are 18 years or over and are a resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man;

• you have read and accept these Loose Women ‘Thank Luck it’s Friday’ terms and conditions;

• you consent to be phoned live on air and for your name, general location and details of the prizeto be announced on TV in the Programme, on the Website, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at the Promoter’s and/or Programme producers’ discretion. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the General Terms; 
• you understand that you will need to answer the phone in order to win the prize; and
• you will be contactable between 1.10pm - 1.30pm on Friday 17 July. 

 Winner selection & contact:  The draw will take place shortly after the Prize Draw closes.  Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be called live on air between 1.10pm - 1.30pm during the Programme on the phone number provided to ITV. Entrants must be contactable during these times to be eligible to win the prize. If the entrant does not answer the phone within six (6) rings or if the entrant’s phone goes directly to voicemail, the entrant will be deemed to have forfeited their prize (“Unanswered Call(s)”) and the Promoter will move onto the next eligible entrant of the Prize Draw and thereafter until an entrant is found. For the avoidance of doubt, the six (6) rings are those heard on the Programme. The Promoter’s decision shall be final. The winner will be contacted in accordance with these terms and conditions and the General Terms. Clauses 5.1 to 5.3 (inclusive) of the General Terms do not apply to this Prize Draw. Please note that nobody else should answer the phone on behalf of the entrant. In the event that someone else answers the phone on behalf of the entrant, this may result in forfeiture of the prize.  Contingency:  The Promoter will call up to a maximum of five (5) entrants in total (“Calls”). If the Calls result in Unanswered Calls or forfeitures, the Promoter will continue to call eligible entrants off air for a period of time following the process set out above until a winner is found and the prize will be awarded in accordance with these terms and conditions.  Prize:  The main cash prize consists of £1,000 (one thousand pounds) (“Main Prize”).  In addition, the winner will be given the opportunity to take part in a game on-air during the Programme. Each Programme presenter will have a golden envelope with a cash amount (“Envelopes”). There will be four (4) Envelopes in total, with the following amounts:

• £1 (one pound); 
• £100 (one hundred pounds);
• £250 (two hundred and fifty pounds); and 
• £1,000 (one thousand pounds). 

 The winner will be asked to select one (1) Envelope and will win the cash amount contained in the chosen Envelope (“Game”). For the avoidance of doubt, the content of the Envelopes is secret and will only be revealed once the winner makes their choice. The winner can only play the Game once.  Please note that all cash prizes will be paid by BACS in the name of the winner only. If a winner is successfully found off-air within ten (10) minutes of the Programme ending, the winner will be told the names of the Loose Women presenters holding the Envelopes and the winner will play the Game.
