Smart meter fraud?

Thanks QrizB.
However, after reading your post, I went back to my online account.
For usage it give 2 options, Kwh or £.
Also shows 7 day & 365 day usage.
Having monthly as well as annual spreadsheets, I still can't get the numbers to agree.
The 365 usage won't apply because the meters were installed on 11/6/26.
However online shows £63.14 for 30 days & with VAT of £3.16, totalling £66.30.
In that 30 days £80.59 has been taken off my credit balance.

I think I've explained yesterday's use, but (unless you're going to share the full month's consumption data) I can't help with the 30 day question.
You say you have monthly and annual spreadsheets. If you're handy with spreadsheets, it shouldn't take more than ten minutes to copy your daily usage for those 30 days into a new table and then calculate what each day should have cost, using the tariff data you already have. You could do that and see what number you get?
That's the best idea I have for now.
