    Hi again. Regarding paragraph 3, the parking event happened when the driver parked at KFC to collect their child from the nearby school. During and after COVID, parents had unofficially been allowed to use the KFC car park for school pick-ups. On this occasion, there was a school fair, which the driver wasn't aware of until arriving at the school. Whilst dealing with an upset child, the driver stayed longer than intended. Would any of this be appropriate to include in paragraph 3, or should it be left for the witness statement?
