Anyone else having issues with Hargreaves Lansdown web site using latest version of Firefox?

Maybe slightly off-topic (and apologies if this is posted in the wrong forum), but I've just come back off holiday and noticed that my Firefox browser has updated to the latest version (152.0.5 (64-bit)). When I log into Hargreaves Lansdown and click on any of my investment accounts, the tabs load, but none of the actual funds are shown. All I get is "Loading Portfolio…" and it never brings back the data.

I've tested using Edge and it works fine, so it has to be a Firefox issue. I do use an ad blocker, but it's disabled for HL's web site.

Could anyone else who uses Firefox and HL do a test to see if it works for them? I have sent HL a message but I'm sure they'll just come back with a boiler plate response.

Same problem here, starting FF in troubleshooting mode (no extensions, etc) doesn't help either which is, well, troubling

Sounds likely to be related to DNS over HTTPS settings (try disabling temporarily), or possibly TLS certificates, since Firefox uses its own certificate store.

Hmmm, firefox on my laptop updated last night 10pm-ish and afterwards I went onto HL and everything at that time was okay, so possibly something has happened over night.

I'm away from laptop today so can't check the exact version it upgraded to.

I've disabled that "DNS over HTTPS" setting and I still get the same issue unfortunately.

I've had a response back from HL and they say they're aware of some clients having difficulties when accessing their HL account through Firefox. They say they're actively looking into the issue.

I had exactly the same this morning on IMAC

On IMAC I have just opened up 'About Firefox' - then saw the green tick appear saying was upto date. I then saw my HL reveal the holdings.

Weird and maybe just coincidence but working now.

Yeh, on Windows, if I hit <CTRL> f5, the holdings appear but I seem to have to do that every time and it's still a bit hit and miss. Not sure what the equivalent is on a Mac.
