IDS PLC / EP Bidco claim form

EQUINITI tell me i have to find the share certificate for my Royal Mail plc and sign a letter of indemnity which will carry a charge.

But there was never a share certificate I could trace. But I have all of the dividends tax vouchers to prove i was the shareholder all the time.

How much will the charge be? The number of IDS Shares involves is 227.

Is there a discretion to waive this charge?

thanks

Ho ho ho, a registrar waive a fee? Good one. If Equiniti says it posted a certificate to you and it was lost in the post it won't care, you're still liable.

    227 * 370p (the buyout price) = £839.90.

If I'm reading this correctly, a "countersignsture waived fee" for shares worth over £150 but less than £1,000 is £24 plus an admin fee of £50 so £74.
