Yes said I inadvertently entered my reg instead of my husbands so was genuine keying error.

What is best way to approach N180. They have said its suitable for determination without a hearing.

In section F1 requesting hearing be conducted remotely . Should we be agreeing to that ? Obviously to save them time and money . They are in Liverpool and would have to come to Watford for the hearing ? Is it worth us being awkward ?

Thank you in anticipation of your help with this. Much appreciated.

Follow the N180 DQ pdf advice in the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements , providing that the CNBC in Northampton have posted out your own , blank N180 DQ document

CEL not in Liverpool, plus they are extremely unlikely to attend any court hearing, even if they paid for the hearing, which they probably wont

It doesn't matter what they've said in their N180! Don't read their one.

Has your blank copy of the N180 been sent to you by the CNBC yet? Not that you are using the paper version of course but NO, you are not asking for a remote hearing and certainly not a decision without a hearing!

While it is quiet, if you have not yet seen and read the CMA's Open Letter and consumer protection compliance warning to the parking industry 2 weeks ago, we suggest you go read it now. You'll see!
