Incorrect figure for comparison

I have registered for the energy club and on checking for cheaper deals I noticed my tariff with Fuse (July fixed 15 months version 1) is shown with a per kWh rate of 19.99p which is incorrect. Even allowing for a 5% VAT rate dfference it doesn't equate with my actual rate incl VAT of 22.59p. As a high user based on 18,000 kWh per annum this understates my current annual cost by around £500 making comparisons pointless unless I check the rates and do the calculations myself!

Should check all offers yourself with the suppling company. You need to hear it from the horses mouth.

Have you taken off the drop from the governments removal of some costs from that 22.59? I think my rate dropped about 2.4p.

Understand what you're saying but rate shown on my current plan for comparison is 19.99p, still not correct. As a heavy user (18,000 kWh pa) every little counts.

Do you live near the DNO boundary? We occasionally see cases where the address checker thinks the poster is in eg. Southern but they're actually in the neighbouring South Western, for example.
