Entry Instructions:

During the Promotional Period: Text ENCONA or ENCONA1 or ENCONA7 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 ("Entr(y)(ies)"). Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Maximum 3 entries per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter a maximum of 3 times. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prize:

One entrant will be awarded a £5,000 Secret Escapes voucher. The recipient will require a Secret Escapes membership (email address) and account (name and email address) to redeem the gift voucher. When redeemed, the gift voucher is converted into credit in the recipient's Secret Escapes account, which is equivalent to the value of the gift voucher. Gift vouchers (and gift voucher credit) are valid for one year from the date of issue. Vouchers and credit can only be redeemed on payments made directly through the Secret Escapes site at the time of booking. Where payment is taken on the third party travel supplier's own website, Secret Escapes credit cannot be applied. Gift vouchers cannot be resold or redeemed for cash. Voucher will be emailed to the winner by Secret Escapes within 28 days of prize acceptance. Email address required to receive prize. Email address will be shared with Secret Escapes for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.

Travel insurance is excluded from the prize. The winner and guest must obtain travel insurance covering all personal requirements including any pre-existing medical conditions.

The winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the prize. All other costs and expenses incurred from the holiday including, but not limited to additional travel, transfers, excursions, visas (if applicable), vaccines (if applicable), accommodation, meals and drinks as required, spending money, tips and other gratuities are the winner’s and their guest’s own.

If travelling abroad the winner and their guest must each have a valid passport and have all necessary and relevant visas (if applicable) to travel to the chosen prize destination. Each person’s passport must have an expiry date no less than 6 months following the dates of travel, unless otherwise specified by a pertinent regulation. All passport and visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the relevant winner and guests.

The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
