Sirry, what I meant by that is that my NTK and appeal rejection mention only MB, nothing at all about Bransby Wilson. I am also unable to obtain up to date signage photos due to its distance from me.

Yeah, we know, but it doesn't change the fact that if the Halifax had a loan with you, Lloyd's bank wouldn't chase it for payment, different horses, a very common MB mistake ( MB and BW are 2 different companies. )

You should study the various MB / B Wilson cases on here over the last couple of years
