What should I do if I win an instant win prize?
If you win an instant win prize, a message will appear on screen confirming your win and the prize awarded. You will also receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards at the email address linked to your My Lavazza account.
You must claim your prize within 10 days of receiving your winner notification email. All prize claims are subject to verification and eligibility checks in line with the Promotional Terms and Conditions.
How long do I have to claim my prize?
You have up to 10 days from the date of your win to claim your instant win prize. If your prize is not claimed within 10 days, it will be forfeited.
