    The thing about advisories is that they are entirely at the discretion of the MOT inspector, and car dealers always ask for no advisories.

    After so many months you don't have any route to complain about an MOT.

    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

    WWhen I do mots for dealers it's always after a mot check over not logged on and they do all the work so the mot is advisory free don't know about others but this way is legitimate
