Parking charge notice ai tool not working?

Hi, I’m trying to use the ai parking tool, but it doesn’t let me upload or scan the photo of the pcn, is there something wrong with the site, or am I doing something wrong?

    what is the point of having a help guide that says “ use the ai tool to let us check for you” only to find that it doesn’t work, and that the same site that recommends it also doesn’t recommend it? 🤷‍♂️

    You don't an need AI tool or 'advice' from any AI, at all.

    How can we assist you? That's why we are here. Tell us which scammer has issued a PCN and what happened?
