Letter of Claim - emailed BW Legal, what next?

Hi folks,

Have received a letter of claim from BW Legal and have emailed response@bwlegal.co.uk (the most up-to-date email I could find after digging on the forum) using the template from the Newbies thread.

Just wondering what the next steps are if I don't (or do) receive a response? Assume I would just wait for a claim letter?

    Ah thanks, can I assume they've read and ignored it, and that stage has been unsuccessful? Have no way of knowing if the email is in use really.
