in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels

I sell quite a few breakables on ebay and a week or so ago I received positive feedback that said their item was 'so well packed they could have played football with it '.It made me smile.

Obviously I am now destined to have a run of breakages just to make up for it………

    I'm FTB, not an expert, all my comments are from personal experience and not a professional advice.
    Mortgage debt start date 11/2024 = 175k (5.19%)... Q1/2026 = PAID (3.94%)

    It is nice when you get good feedback.

    I always put a bit of effort into my packaging as well. in the past, I’ve had private messages where people have thanked me for packing so well lol.

    The last item I bought on eBay was simply posted in a plastic bag with no protection🤐. I don’t know if some sellers simply don’t care or just don’t understand how to post items correctly (?).

    I find nothing more rewarding than happy feedback on my packing.

    This is my current favourite from about 2-3 months ago:

    Clock as described and it’s beautiful! And I’ve got to commend the seller on the packing here, it was just incredible! Probably could’ve survived if they dropped it at my house from an aeroplane 🤣

    • The rich buy assets.
    • The poor only have expenses.
    • The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.

    I try and give feedback for my purchases especially the packaging. One was so well packed it took nearly 20 minutes to unpack it. 😹. I didn’t mind as it was a beautiful Portmeirion vase to add to my collection
