carp fishing and touring caravan hols

Can anyone suggest good locations in the UK for taking my family in our touring caravan, where there is good carp fishing for my dear son, who is 16! Also have another son, who is autistic and so safe location is quite critical.Any suggestions considered for Easter, Whitsun, and 2 weeks in Summer!
