In order to claim the prize you must provide to SpareRoom:

1. proof of your residency, age and status as a renter, for example a copy of your tenancy
   agreement or lodger agreement;
2. an up to date, good quality photo of yourself, for use in connection with clause 9.2;
3. a short paragraph explaining a little about yourself, your rental set-up and what you will do
   with the prize, for use in connection with clause 9.2; and
4. details of a bank account to which SpareRoom can transfer the prize.
