Parking charge at Stansted Starbucks for not registering car details

hi I got parking notice for parking 15 minutes at Stansted Airport Starbucks which is nearby and say i spose to register my car details to park there for an hour free but I wasn’t the driver on that day was out of the country I appealed and sent them my flight details and they asked for the driver details but I don’t know who the driver was now they saying they peruse me as article 4 of terms and conditions as owner so I appealed to popla and they send there defence saying they are still perusing can u help me what to do next
