SW London loft extension/conversion recs

Hello

Can anyone recommend a building company for a loft extension in SW London (New Malden/Kingston/Raynes Park area)? Particularly keen on those that have experience installing solar panels as part of the build.

Unlikely anyone here can help very much. Also, a builder highly valued by one person could be a 'cowboy' as far as others are concerned. Researching local builders and looking for genuine reviews of their work is about the best you can hope for.

I'd recommend Mark Dore and his team (https://mdbuilds.london/). I think they probably cover your area (I'm near Wallington, I think they're based in Banstead). They were recommended to us by our plumber and they did a brilliant job on our loft conversion a few years ago. We don't have solar panels though, sorry.

They did a brilliant job in a tricky house and were lovely to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout and when I had a problem a few weeks after they left, I sent a message and was called back immediately (turns out I was being daft, but Mark was very nice about it!). I'd call them again for any building work or carpentry.
