What do people think of Interactive Investor (ii) platform

I will make a mental note to document all withdrawals that I do, so that I have the info to hand.

I don’t think that’s unusual necessarily.
How would ii know about withdrawals you might have made from other providers?

PS: What does a "full rBCE history" look like?

Don't they only ask this information for pensions other than ii? So if you are only withdrawning from ii you don't need to complete this information each time.

When I've made any withdrawals from the uncrystallised part (ie UFPLS ot TFLS), each time the application has asked for a full history of all previous withdrawals for them to check against LTA/LSA…..they say they are working on having previous LTA/LSA available and displayed, but it's not happened yet…..
I switched to monthly FAD last April, as the crystallised part is now large enough to support that…..and I have to say, it's a lot less hassle on that side of things……but this approach now means a monthly check for enough cash to support the monthly withdrawal……an automated monthly sale from a nominated fund would be nice, but then I picked II for the much lower fees…….

I think it’s pretty standard. Certainly I have to fill it in every time for AJ Bell.

Relevant Benefit Crystallisation Event - any event with any provider that resulted in a proportion of tax free cash being taken. They want date, gross amount, tax free cash taken and (if memory serves) proportion of Lifetime Allowance affected. The rules changed in April 2024 so the calculation basis is different either side of that.

Just done another of many partial withdraws over the years from the workplace scheme, Royal London to ii.
As usual Royal London **** up and reply saying I don't have a pension with them. TBH it's a different mess every single time…
Anyway ii are on the ball and by the secure message I received it sounded like ii are telling RL how to do a basic task, lol!
All good now.

This is how I understood it. I've only withdrawn pension from ii so don't fill in the detail.
