With the assistance of a ruler, I would have little difficulty. But nor do I really see the point, is there a taste advantage?
Its a moot point anyway - I gave up eating Chorleywood bread a while ago.

Don’t let the knife get the better of you 😹
When I left University and found myself living on my own for the first time I invested in some high quality knives. This included one for slicing meat and one for slicing bread. Many years later they are still going strong. I invested in a good knife sharpener as well.
