TERMS AND CONDITIONS for ABSOLUTE RADIO NETWORK & PLANET ROCK x AXS TICKETS COMPETITION JUNE 2026 - THE ONLINE PRIZE AND HOW TO WIN

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at:  http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html  (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail. 

1.Entry ROUTES and Costs

This is a shared prize and competition running on the below Bauer Media radio stations:

• Absolute Radio Network of Stations 
• Planet Rock 

Entries are restricted to one entry per person. 

Entry to the online competition is available via the following routes: 

Online entry is free of charge. 

2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

There will be 1 (one) winner of the Competition in total. 

To be eligible to win, you will need to correctly answer the multiple-choice question featured on the competition page and enter your personal details. 

“Which of the following has the biggest capacity?”

1. The O2 London
2. First Direct Bank Arena Leeds
3. BP Pulse Live

All eligible entries will be pooled and 1 (one) winner will be selected by electric random draw. 

Entrants will also need to provide full name, email and phone number. These details will only be used to contact in the event of the entrant winning the prize. 

The chosen winner will be contacted on Monday 6th July 2026 

If the chosen winner does not respond to any email or phone call by Wednesday 8th July 2026, we repeat the process of selecting another winner by electronic random draw. This process will be repeated until a suitable winner is found. 

3. ENTRY PERIOD 

Entries must be submitted during the following entry period:

From Monday 29th June 2026 at 00:01 am (the “Start Time”) to Sunday 5th July 2026 at 23:59 (“End Time”). 

Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid. 

The winners will be contacted on Monday 6th July 2026 by phone, using the number they have provided. If they do not answer on first attempt, they will be called again immediately after. If they still do not answer the call, another winner will be randomly selected. 

This process will continue until we have a winner that we are satisfied with (in our sole discretion), fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these terms. 

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS 

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. 
• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter. 
• We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms. 
• Anyone who has won a Bauer competition to the value of £500 or more within the past 6 months on any Bauer Radio Brand, will not be eligible to take part in this competition nor will anyone else at their address. If by any chance they get through to the phone lines – any prize they have been successful with will not be awarded. 5. THE PRIZE 

This is a shared prize across the Stations as listed in Section 1. 

There will be 1 (one) winner in total. 

The winner will receive the following prize package (the “Prize”):

• 1x Pair of ‘Standard Tickets’ to the winners chosen show (subject to availability) (Provided by AXS Tickets) 
• £1,200 cash (Provided by Bauer Media) via cheque or bank transfer

The winner will be presented with the below list to choose their 1 x preferred pair of tickets, plus a 2nd choice in the event that their chosen event and date is not available.

All tickets are strictly subject to availability & your first choice of chosen event may not be available

It must be you – the winner - that attends the event, tickets are non-transferable and must not be re-sold. 

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. 

Where it emerges after the Prize has been awarded that the entrant was in breach of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from that winner and they will not be entitled to any further reward or remuneration. We reserve the right to exclude individuals who breach our terms and conditions from entering our competitions. 

The £1,200 cash will be made via BACS transfer to a UK bank account in the winner’s name only. 

Proof of identification and address will need to be provided to Bauer Media. The winner’s name, phone number, email and address will be cross checked against the Bauer Winner Database and only once they pass the criteria, they will be deemed the winner of the competition. 

Bauer Media Group will aim to send the prizes to the winner within 28 working days from the date they pass winner checks as mentioned above. However, there may be a delay due to potential unforeseen circumstances and therefore deliveries may take longer. Bauer Media Group will make necessary attempts to keep the winner up to date with details of any delays and when the winner can expect the prize. Bauer Media Group has the right to redraw another winner, if the Entrant selected does not respond within 7 days of initial contact, and continue to do so until a winner is found.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station, or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings, or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had. 

1. MISCELLANEOUS. 

• Entries which do not comply with these Terms or the General Competition Terms and Conditions will not be accepted and any entries may be disqualified if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these Terms. 
• Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however, we are not obliged to, and our decision, in either case, is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
• We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call. 
• You are responsible for all costs of entry and where necessary, obtaining the bill payer’s permission. Please refer to your tariff with your network provider for information about charges you may incur for entry into our competitions via any SMS or phone call entry route. 
• We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues, or failures experienced by entrants when entering the competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the competition. 
• Whilst on-air, you must not make any inappropriate, profane, indecent, harmful, or offensive statements. If you do so we reserve the right to take you off-air immediately and disqualify you from the competition. You may be also disqualified from the competition at any time if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated, or likely to offend listeners. Any prize already won may be withdrawn and re-awarded to another entrant. 
• As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition or any element of the Prize.
