Simple Delivery Disaster!

After having to cancel a few orders as a private seller recently due to simple delivery giving wrong parcel size I feel like fool.

I had no idea that the unused postage label is not automatically refunded and now I can only request to void one label as the others are out of date so I have lost about ten pounds.

Does anybody know if offering free postage is the problem for example if the buyer pays the postage would it be easier to get my postage back for any unused labels instead of requesting a refund on the label at the seller hub.

Why not just set your parcel sizes correctly and stop the issue altogether? Simpler in the long run.

If your items are set ‘buyer pays’ then buyer gets the refund automatically. If free postage then you can request the postage back,but it is not guaranteed and really isn’t a viable model for selling.
