First job was mail order, massive issue with customers buying for an event and returning after the event claiming it didnt fit or similar when its clearly been worn.

The other one we had a lot of was saying we sell a pack of 2 white and 2 black t-shirts etc but do we have a pack of 4 black t-shirts for the same price? We tell them no, so they order 2 of the mixed packs. Then surprise surprise the following week we get a call asking to return one pack because it's faulty as it had 4 white t-shirts in it. I mean it's not even subtle.

As to the OP, hopefully they will clarify what they mean by a "premium dry cleaner", most dry cleaners also do alterations/fixes so its not 100% clear if they are just offering to have it cleaned or to have it repaired, the later may well be cheaper than the former anyway. How "premium" is going to be determined will also be interesting… there isnt that greater variance in prices between dry cleaners, I do know one that is vastly more expensive but they refuse to dry clean most items as its unnecessary and dry cleaning is a horrible process for both the garment and the environment, most their actual cost is the fact they hand press everything afterwards
