I think that it's worth looking closely behind any statement that 1 company is the cheapest.
I suggest that you ask for a statement from you current supplier to find out how many kWh you've used this year. Then do the maths yourself.
A low user will normally have a different best supplier, than a normal or a high usage home.

thanks pakman, i will do that, i have just moved from manweb to powergen so i will check it out.
cheers!appreciate what you have got x0 -
Equipower do claim to be the cheapest for a prepayment meter but definitely worth checking.
I know they have saved me lots.
At least Equipower's is one of the easiest to work out - no standing charge and no tiered unit rates, just a single flat unit rate for all units.
Certainly do the maths yourself - and never trust any companies comparison with another company - just ask for their own prices and as Pak says do the maths yourself.0
