Council PCN - charging car with disabled badge displayed
Hi all - firstly many thanks for your help over the years - have won many private PCNs and one council PCN where they were doing works and signage was poor.
Now on Angel street manchester, where there are 2 e chargers in 2 of the bays, Ive displayed a disabled badge while charging (as ive done many times before).
Ive come back to a PCN, my worry is that the badge may have expired - however i dont display the full details - so its usually fine. Im assuming the warden hasn't seen it perhaps? as its always been fine before. I know council ones are more difficult to contend. Advice please.
Its a joke that an already expensive EV charger (which states free on the BEV app) requires car park charges too.

AAs this is a council matter i strongly suggest that you post your query over on the FTLA parking forum website after reading their posting requirements first

Your badge may have expired, or your badge has expired? When posting on the other forum, it may be helpful to clarify that detail.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have not could of.2 -
And what the PCN code/reason is.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
