Total Car Parks - Burghley Centre Bourne - appeal advice

ChaseyBoy

I have received the below from Total Car Parks- unsurprisingly it was rejected. The pictures they’ve provided are clearly not from the time of the contravention.

Should I now appeal to POPLA? If so, what should I be putting in that appeal? The same thing or something different?

Study the advice in post 3 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum regarding a popla appeal

Look at the recent POPLA DECISIONS in that thread and adapt any recent appeals that suit your case, especially include

No landowner authority

Poor and inadequate signage

BPA Code of Practice issues

Etc

Hi @Gr1pr,

I studied the sticky threats to create my appeal. Operator evidence has now been submitted and I am unsure what to put in my comments. Please could you help - thank you

You have zero percent chance at Popla. It's corrupt.

Personally I would now withdraw. You have all their evidence, which is useful and you can study it at your leisure.

i'd never withdraw from POPLA as there's nothing in it for you to do that.

Just let the farce of appeal 'lose' then ignore them. You don't have to pay.

POPLA is a waste of time and very poor these days. Far worse than in the past.

ChaseyBoy

thank you both! I actually missed the deadline to comment so it has gone to the final stage and I’m sure I’ll find out I lost soon.
