Help with Coy refusing Return and Refund

I purchased a hair removal device from a coy called "CurrentBody" I cannot get to grips with the device and believe it to be faulty. I have requested a returns label and refund. The company is refusing to provide a return label until I provide a video showing the fault. I have explained that I am entitled to return the item as it was purchased online and I am with my rights under the consumer regulations to request a return and refund They are still refusing to provide a returns label. It was purchased using a debit card and I am thinking my only alternative is to seek a chargeback from my bank and report them to trading standards. Any ideas would be appreciated

Suggest you do a little research about returning personal hygiene products as this item, once used may be excluded from a change of mind return.

You may well need to prove it is faulty.

Your post is a bit confusing. Are you returning it because its faulty or are you using your distance selling cooling off period to reject it?

if its faulty youll need to show that.

If you are rejecting it as a change if mind during cooling off you may have an issue as its potentially excluded as a hygiene product.

if it is eligible, I assume you notified them within 14 days of receiving the item?
