We are a homeless charity , have significant funds in our Vinted Pro account which we need to withdraw. We are a limited company charity , been unable to "pass" the vinted verification process, get the same rejection auto replies which offer no guidance about the reason for failure. They have no help desk to call , have submitted articles of assoc /cert of incorporation/company house snap shot all without success. They suggest resubmitting the same docs again ! Very frustrating and appalling service from Vinted.

They ask for a legal representative , have supplied our chair of trustees info , also tried mine again all without success !

Would be interested to hear from anybody who has actually passed the verification

I have passed the verification (not as a charity but Ltd co). The slightest thing can scupper it, such as, your passport has your middle name(S) but the other documentation doesn't.
