CCJ Claim form Euro car parks

I'd remove this as it's lengthy waffle:
"The Claimant has failed to provide sufficient details to establish the precise circumstances of the alleged contravention, including the specific duration of the vehicle’s stay within the car park. In the absence of such information, the Defendant can only refer to potential circumstances. The Defendant has seen no evidence that any such reduced limit, if applicable, was clearly and prominently displayed so as to adequately bring it to the attention of motorists. These matters are raised purely as potential circumstances and do not constitute any admission of liability."
And change para 4 to this because unless you are admitting to driving (…which I think you should!) it's pointless saying you meet the definition of disability. If you were driving, then say so and use the Equality Act point to say you were entitled to a longer grace period. Add that at the end of this:
4. The alleged event occurred at a petrol station, with no evidence adduced that the vehicle was in fact 'parked' and left for longer than whatever the 'maximum time period' was (the POC is silent on the details of the supposed term allegedly breached). DVLA data can only be used by parking companies to pursue a single parking event. The Defendant avers that it is absurd to use remote cameras to apply a 'parking' time limit in a busy petrol station, where an average driver's movements likely include a combination of non-parking activity (filling up with petrol and/or putting air in tyres or using the car-wash). There was no single parking event proven.and no single 'relevant obligation' so the basic pre-requisites of the POFA schedule 4 were not met.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
