I think the OP already said they are closed and he got the final statements. So the next DD’s won’t be collected. Argos or Phillips will probably send a letter saying that they haven’t been able to collect the payment and then you can reply to that telling them the sad news.

So an update i filled in an assets and liabilities form, returned it and got a reply saying thanks we have updated our records if we need anymoere info we will contact you. radio silence so far. i got a bit frustrated and said if you need the money that badly i will pay it, that fell on deaf ears.

so for now thats it.

Firstly hugely sorry for your loss.

Secondly, these things do take a long time. Which is a massive frustration when we want these little niggles to just be done and dusted so we can start to grieve properly.
