Lease company paid PCN
Stelliantis personal lease.
Recieved a letter from them to say a PCN (Minster Baywatch) was issued and they are unable to have the notice transferred directly to me and therefore have paid it
They are now charging me the fee + admin.
I now have no ability to appeal or have the charge dropped since the charge has been paid (It's a multistorey at a cinema where I was a customer and paid for a parking ticket).
The PCN letter itself specifically says, they should pay the outstanding amount if you were the driver otherwise to provide driver's details.
Where do I stand with this?

What does your contract with stellantis say about PCNs? I had a similar issue with a lease car, my contract (not stellantis) clearly stated all pcns and fines were my responsibility and would be transferred to me. I complained to the lease company and eventually they agreed they shouldn't have paid it and wrote off the cost.

This will depend on your contract with the lease company. Many lease contracts contain provisions allowing lessors to pay for such charges under certain circumstances and then recover from the leaseholder.
As far as I understand, the PCN matter is closed, and the parking company will not pursue it further. Now your creditor is the lease company and it is a contractual matter (dispute) between you and the lease company. If you prove the acted against the contract, you may be able to avoid payment.
What is the exact wording of your contract (some contracts only refer to "fines", not "parking charges", etc.)? It seems you would need to make a complaint to them and follow that route.2 -
Same as all the other lease or hire cases on here
Whilst they have the right to pay it due to being the Registered keeper, their contract with you may not include private parking company notices , just fines or penalties, so study your lease contract carefully
Then read other threads like VWFS threads etc, because it happens a lot
They should have named you as hirer to Minster Baywatch and then you would have received a pcn in your own name, to your address, so they robbed you of your right to challenge the pcn
Several years ago the BVRLA issued a Memorandum of Understanding that set out what to do to its members, which Stellantis have failed to comply with if they are BVRLA members, which Google says they are
Stellantis Financial Services
So you can complain about it and possibly threaten them with BVRLA complaint too
Recently a VWFS case was on here, I strongly recommend that you study it, and read the advice below too

With the parking industry being un regulated, you may javye an unfair term in the contract
do you yave a link to the terms you signed up to?
