What does the reference begin with? It may be the old style as CM says as it may not be a site where byelaws were stopped

Just wanted to say I really appreciate the input from everyone. I'm glad I posted now as I didn't know about what's been mentioned.

Question: theoretically, would it be worth paying the difference between what I did pay and what the total charge would have been, or won't it make any difference as what you have suggested should be sufficient? I was pondering this yesterday.
